Singapore Customers - Please Note: — there are no import charges on orders under SGD 400.
U.S. Customers -Please Note:
Based on current information, orders from Australia under US$800 typically clear U.S. customs without issue. However, regulations may change before your shipment arrives. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support and understanding!
Shipping Methods
· All orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post.
· Parcel Post provides reliable and trackable delivery services across Australia.
Shipping Rates
· All prices INCLUDE Standard Australia Post Parcel Post.
· Australian customers may elect to use Australia Post Express Post, at additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
· Standard Australian Delivery:
o Metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days.
o Regional areas: 5–8 business days.
o Remote areas: Delivery times may vary based on location.
o Express Post is usually 1–6 business days, depending on location (Available for Australian deliveries only. Select at Checkout)
o Deliveries to the USA take 6 to 27 days
o Deliveries to the Singapore take 4 to 21 days
· Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
Order Processing Time
· Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
· Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery Address
· Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
· We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Missed Deliveries and Re-delivery
· If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post may leave it in a safe place or deliver it to the nearest Post Office for collection.
· Customers are responsible for collecting missed deliveries promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
· We currently ship within Australia, Singapore and the USA only.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
